If your looking for a competitive advantage over your buddy's on the golf course this year look no farther than yourself. In 30 minutes a day you can improve your golf game without even hitting a ball and you'll feel great doing it.  I started going to DiMensions on January 2nd of this year and right from day one found the atmosphere welcoming and enjoyable. The workout was different from any other gym I had ever been apart of there was no thinking involved just warm up start at a station and move every 30 seconds. You get a great workout at whatever effort level you want and the best part un like any other gym I have ever been to because I work out really hard and I'm not sore the next day! The staff are helpful and fun to be around and the other members are very supportive. After working out at DiMensions for 3 months I started off golf season more flexible, with more stamina, and would directly attribute these improvements to the fact that I was able to win my first professional tournament of the year. If you're a Junior golfer looking to play better, or a senior golfer who needs those 5 extra yards off the tee, or anyone in-between I would strongly recommend DiMensions to help you feel and golf great.
