Adult Membership

The adult membership provides you with the best full body workout possible and includes the amazing all inclusive membership.

Whether you are interested in losing weight, gaining weight, training for a professional sport, preventing health problems, maintaining your healthy lifestyle, or just getting out to be socially and physically active for the fun of it. DiMENsions Fitness Express has a membership option just for you.

Student & Youth Membership

We offer special student discounts and short-term memberships for students and youth, recognizing their busy and usually already very active lifestyle. Please provide a valid Student ID card to qualify for the specially reduced student rate.

Seniors Membership

You are never too old to exercise!  Especially at DiMENsions, you will feel right at home.  As you continue to age, regular exercise becomes a key factor in living a longer and healthier life style. We take the time to understand your health and fitness needs and recommend programs based on those needs to ensure that you exercise safely and effectively. To qualify for the seniors discounted rate, individuals must be 65 years of age or older.

Family Membership

Achieving a healthy lifestyle is a great family activity.  At DiMENsions we encourage this by offering special rates for families.  A family rate includes a father and a maximum of 3 sons under the age of 18. To qualify for a family rate, all children must live at the same address and payments must come from one account only. Some restrictions may apply.

Flexible Month to Month Membership

We understand that flexibility may be important, which is why we offer short-term memberships, such as the month to month membership.

Corporate Membership

The DiMENsions Fitness Express corporate programs are functional and have flexible options. These include individual or group discounts. We offer corporate savings with or without company subsidy. This provides tremendous savings and benefits for employers and employees alike.  Corporations benefit from having healthier more alert employees (less paid sick time), and employees benefit because they feel and look better about themselves, therefore their performance is improved.
