DiMENsions Fitness Express is a health and fitness facility that delivers a 30 Minute full body circuit-style workout for MEN.  DiMENsions Fitness Express was started by Shelley and Graham Walker of Vernon, British Columbia, Canada.  DiMENsions Fitness has been developed to provide a full body, non-invasive and easy to follow workout program for men of all ages and fitness levels.

DiMENsions was designed to meet the unique health and fitness needs of the ‘baby boomer', the largest and fastest growing segment of the North American market place. Although designed for this affluent group, the hydraulic resistance circuit training system has been shown to provide significant and proven results to all age brackets of men's health and fitness.

DiMENsions Fitness is a full service, boutique style fitness facility that offers its members a stylish, and ultra clean environment for health, fitness and well being.

DiMENsions Fitness provides what all other fitness facilities cannot-a unique, non-threatening and friendly environment where the needs of both first time exercisers and high level athletes can be successfully achieved without injury or significant time commitment.

DiMENsions Fitness Express has been designed, registered and trademarked to expand into all markets in both Canada and the United States.
